Junior Club

Rugby Junior Triathlon Club is the children's section of Rugby Triathlon Club. The Club is open to athletes aged eight (they can join in the year of their eighth birthday) through to 16 years old.

We started the Junior Club in 2006 and our aim is to give young people access to structured training in swimming, cycling and running.

All sessions are run in accordance with British Triathlon Federation guidance regarding the training and development of young athletes and are geared towards improving skills, techniques and fitness levels.

The only basic requirement is that you can swim 50 metres unaided and have access to a roadworthy cycle.
