Come and join us at the national relay championships at the watersports centre in Nottingham. As usual everyone who enters will be put into roughly evenly balanced teams (using a highly scientific calculator) and the teams will compete against each other.
The course is a 500m swim 15km bike 5km run with each athlete taking on each discipline in turn.
The club is paying 25% of the entry fee of each participant to keep the costs of this great event down for everyone
