Spend some time over the winter months improving your strength and flexibility of the key muscles groups used in swim, bike run. This reduces your risk of injury and improves your power and efficiency.
A mix of legs, core and upper body work will be involved and all ability levels are welcome. All equipment provided. Bring a towel and some water if needed. Limited to 6 places so book on.
