Coach-led swimming session in Rugby
Warm Up - followed by pull focus drills: closed fist and single arm with focus on early vertical forearm - than main set: 200 or 150m focus on technique with a 50m sprint (repeats) - cool down
Due to capacity restriction, these sessions are for members only and MUST be pre-booked.
This also means it is important that you cancel the booking if you find you will not be able to attend.
Payment for this session is during the booking confirmation process.
If you cancel more than 7 hours before the session starts, you will automatically be refunded.
