Coach-led swimming session in Rugby
Warm up
Drills with pull buoy (no need for fins): scull and doggy paddle
Main - 200m FC followed by 50m FC sprints or 150m FC followed by 50m FC sprints
Cool down
Due to capacity restriction, these sessions are for members only and MUST be pre-booked.
This also means it is important that you cancel the booking if you find you will not be able to attend.
Payment for this session is during the booking confirmation process.
If you cancel more than 7 hours before the session starts, you will automatically be refunded.
