Get your place in a team of four to be the best Rugby Triathlon mixed relay team! Once you've registered the team captain will set up the teams of equal abilities to ensure all our teams are more or less competitive with each other. 

How it works: we set up teams of four, each of you first swims 500m as a relay, than you and your mates cycle 20K as a relay and you finish off with each doing a 5K run as a relay. 

It's a brilliant fun afternoon out, with fellow club members all aiming to swim, bike and run to their best performance, and have a lot of fun at the same time. For anyone new to open water swimming it's a great way to broaden your experience with lots of support on hand. It can be a bit chaotic, but that's part of the fun. 

The Club is subsidising this event, so there is a significant reduced entry fee per person as we want to encourage as many members as possible to take part..
