A team consists of 3 people who each complete the Swim (open water - 750m) Bike (23k)and Run (5k). All three members of the team must complete each discipline in turn before the team moves on to the next discipline. The swim and run take place in Box End making for great racing. The bike course is out on the local roads, easy to follow with a mixture of country lanes and some fast sections.
Sign up now and nearer the team we will ask for your anticipated split times and BTF number and confirm details around timing etc.
The club are subsidising entry, but if you are not a BTF member you will need to purchase a race pass
