Monday Track Running - Rugby

Coach-led running in Rugby.

Due to capacity restriction, these sessions are for members only.

Warm Up 2 laps - some drills followed by a Pyramid Session: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 4, 3, 2 and 1 minute at 5K pace with 2 minutes reco between each rep. Cool down and stretches to finish.
