Club coached social run on local out and back trail routes. All abilities can take part - no-one is left behind (the route always returns to the same start point).
The coach will explain the route and then everyone runs at their own pace - ideally, try and buddy up with someone at your pace to make the most of the session.
Start time 7pm. This week starts from Sandford Way, Dunchurch for an out and back route by Draycote water.
