Strength and Conditioning

Strength and Conditioning is back!!

Spend some time over the winter months improving your strength and flexibility of the key muscles groups used in swim, bike run.  This reduces your risk of injury and improves your power and efficiency.

A mix of matt work and dynamic movements will be involved and all ability levels are welcome.  All equipment provided. Bring a towel and some water if needed. Limited to 6 places so book on.

Please use the village car parking or nearby road parking. We are located by the co-op, behind grannies sandwich shop - look out for the LMC signage.
